Users using the R-rating on the Service (including, without limitation, Truth or Dare 18+, and the Truth or Dare API), or participating in the use of the R-rating, are required, and expected, to be legal adult as defined by United States law (18 years of age or older). It is the responsibility of the end user, and of the administrators of guilds using the Service, to ensure that users are of age to use the R-rating and to partake in activities that may lead to the sharing of adult content or adult-rated conversations. We are not responsible for any potential underage use of the R rating.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if us or a Truth or Dare Bot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
